5 minutes with Hannah Eats

One of my favourite things about having my blog and instagram account is the wonderful friends it has brought me, Hannah being a prime example of this! I first met Hannah in March this year and have absolutely loved seeing every breakfast, dinner and sweet treat she’s posted since (the sweet treats are seriously something!) – but let’s find out a little more about the girl behind the photos…

1.Why did you start @_hannaheats?

I started @_hannaheats when I was in my final year of university.  I had started following Deliciously Ella recipes to make my own snacks and then as inspiration for other meals. I started sporadically posting images but my house mates told me to make a food based instagram blog as they felt I was inspiring them so should do so for others too.

2. What/who is your biggest inspiration?

My biggest inspiration is probably Deliciously Ella as I began to make healthy alternative meals and snacks after I began following her. I am also inspired to show others that healthy alternatives don’t have to look or taste healthy; eating healthily is fun and you don’t miss out!

3. What advice would you give to anyone wanting to get healthy and change their eating habits?

I’d advise people to start making little changes; even if its little things such as swapping their porridge topping from sugar to fruit or their pudding from chocolate to yogurt… I always plan my meals too; that way I have all the ingredients, can prep all my lunches and have no excuse to eat any other way.

4. What is your favourite recipe? It can be either yours or someone elses?

I have so many favourite recipes; this is such a hard one! All of deliciously Ellas bliss ball and brownie recipes are delicious but I do absolutely love The Food Medics Banana Bread. The Banana bread is so quick and easy to make and is delicious!

5. If you could only take 3 foods to a desert island… what would they be?

Ooooh.. Very tricky! Can I say Zoats? haha! So, Zoats, Pip and Nut Almond and Coconut butter and berries!
