Peanut Butter Fudge

Fudge is such an old favourite but it can be absolutely loaded full of sugar so this alternative is perfect – these little bites of goodness took about 5 minutes to prepare then they just sit pretty in the freezer until you’re ready for them. Perfect for when unexpected visitors drop by or you just get some serious hunger pangs! You can adapt the flavours in so many ways depending what you have handy but even the basic version is delicious.

  • 125g Smooth Pics Peanut Butter
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 40g Agave Nectar
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 30g Carob Powder (or cacao powder)

  1. Blend all ingredients together until very smooth
  2. Line a dish with cling film, fill with the mixture and transfer to the freezer
  3. Leave for at least 1h30 then chop into squares and refreeze until you’re ready to eat
